Yes. Mac OSX will run on all Power Macintosh G4 Cubes. As usual, you should have at least 512 MB of RAM 2 GB of free hard drive space if you want to be OK. If you have a non upgraded model, it might be time considering adding some RAM (Cubes shipped with 64 MB of RAM)
